Associate Partner

Sriram partners with the firm for its practice in Hyderabad. A member of the Andhra Pradesh High Court Bar Association, he partners externally with the firm in handling the cases in Hyderabad, especially under the Electricity Laws before the APERC, TERC, and the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana High Court. He has a team of 3 associates assisting him in litigation in Hyderabad and Vijayawada.

Technical Consultant

An Energy Techno and Law consultant, Prabhakar has unparalleled experience in the field of Energy Laws in general and Electricity Laws in particular. He was a member on the Advisory Committee of KERC for 4 terms and a nominated member of CGRF, BESOM. He has also served in the capacity of President of KASSIA and Director on the Board of various Industry bodies like FKCCI, KASSIA, KSSIDC, KEONICS, LIDKAR, KSIMC to name a few. Prabhakar has also been a Past Chairman of the Energy Committee of FKCCI. He has also published a compendium of Electricity Laws and Rules of Karnataka. He teams up with Rohit and his team in the Firm’s Energy and Electricity Practice.

Associate Consultant

A lawyer, as well as a Fellow member of ICSI Mr. Shastry, consults with the firm on issues relating to SARFASI laws before the DRT and DRAT in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. He also consults on issues under the IBC before the NCLT in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Technical Consultant

A Techno-Legal expert, with M. Tech (Civil), MBA and LLB, Vijaya has experience of over 3 decades in Mega Power & Infrastructure Projects both national and international. His previous association with the Government Sector like APEB as well as leading private corporate entities bolsters the firm’s capability in providing complete solutions to its Clients.
